Cr McDougall is a local farmer and is married with 2 daughters. Rick's favourite pastimes are reading, fishing and farming. Cr McDougall is involved with various groups and committees including the Management Committee of the Border Rivers Food and Fibre (BRFF), Director of the Three Rivers Lucerne Co-operative and a representative on the SunWater Customer Council.
Cr McDougall was elected on Council in 2003 after the resignation of Cr Robert Pietsch. His goals as Councillor are to see that the Shire stays in a strong financial position and remains a great place to live.
