Cr Dawson was born and raised in the Inglewood area and had a broad rural background prior to starting the MacIntyre Gazette in 1995, which he now operates with this wife in Texas. They have a 15 year old son and 10 month old baby girl.
Via his work, Cr Dawson has an extensive connection with the Inglewood Shire across all sectors. Cr Dawson would like to see growth and sustainability in the retail, industrial and tourism industries across the shire. He would also like to achieve a high standard of essential services for residents, whilst maintaining the rural type lifestyle at an affordable rate level.
